Mokan Travel was founded as a full-service Istanbul agency licensed by TÜRSAB under document number 10997, with a permanent office inside the terminal building at Istanbul Airport. We grew on a simple promise: when a flight lands at 03:40 and the kerb is gridlocked, someone answers the phone in person.
As European tour operators began asking us to handle their Istanbul programmes end-to-end, the B2B side outgrew an inbox. getmokan is our dedicated trade-partner channel same operations team, same licences, same airport office, with the contracting, rate sheets and account management that wholesale partners expect.

Mokan Tur Turizm operates under TÜRSAB Doc. No. 10997. A-group licensing is the highest tier of Turkish travel-agency authorisation, covering inbound tour operation, ticketing and transport.
Mandatory Travel Insurance
Compulsory professional liability insurance per Turkish regulation 1618, with cover specifically for inbound foreign clientele.
GDPR-Aligned Data Handling
Passenger manifests and reservation data processed under GDPR-aligned procedures, with data-processing agreements available for European trade partners on request.
