You send the brief number of pax, dates, budget envelope, theme. We respond with concept directions within five days.
Proposal
Costed proposal with venue options, hotel allotments, daily activity flow, transport plan and itemised budget.
Site inspection
Optional FAM visit for your event team venues walked, vehicles inspected, sample meals tasted.
Execution
On-site coordinator team, hostess pool, radio comms, daily ops report, post-event debrief and reconciliation.
